Sync samples to DAW tempo?

Is there any way to sync a part to the DAW's tempo?  For instance, the "Rhythmic L" part in Free Angels?  Thanks in advance.

  I also have this question. I just downloaded Soundpaint today and like the acoustic guitar loops. But I want to sync them to the tempo in my DAW. How do I do that? Thank you!
