Instrument clear "X" placement

This may literally be something only I have trouble with, but I kind of doubt it. There are times when, in Windows 10, the GUI window is up far enough that I don't see the actual top of the window. So, when I go to close the window, I accidentally clear my instrument because the clear all X is right under the exit X. It would be nice to see that nudged downward or elsewhere. Or maybe better, relabeled "clear" or something like that. Possible?
