Above the list of Programs and Parts on the left side of Soundpaint, there are filters that can help you navigate your Soundpaint Instruments.
The Search bar might be the most useful, as it will filter both programs and parts by name, tag, and so on. If you know exactly what you're looking for, just type a keyword into the search bar
Favorites
Use the heart icon to browse programs you have favorited. You can favorite parts and programs by using the heart icons to the left of the program/part name. This is the only filter that appears for parts as well as programs.
Filters work in both the factory and user library, so don’t forget to mark your favorite parts and programs!
Morphs
The morphed arrow icon indicates programs that include morphed parts. These programs also appear in orange text in the programs list. If you enable morph using one of the arrow icons in-between parts 1 & 2 or 3 & 4, you’ll notice that the parts and program names immediately become orange as well.
Hidden Gems
Finally, the Gem icon filters the programs list by hidden gems: programs that use parts from 2 or more instruments.
The filters and search bar work together, so if your program list is smaller than expected, or search isn’t finding the instrument you’re looking for, make sure you don’t have any unintended filters enabled.
